Landscapes

Living in Central Scotland gives me access to a fascinating and diverse landscape of mountains, lochs, rivers and waterfalls. I do prefer coastal photography because of the year-round interest (and the reduced presence of bugs) but there are times when I want to stay inland when I think the conditions will work. My favourite areas of the Scottish mainland include the wild landscapes found in Assynt and Torridon, although I do enjoy Glencoe, Glen Lyon, and the Trossachs, especially as they’re relatively close to home.
